Friends of Recovery Association will use SMS messaging for 1-to-1 conversational communication with clients and employees.

Clients and staff opt in by providing their mobile number during intake, service enrollment, or employee onboarding. By providing their number, they consent to receive text messages from Friends of Recovery Association related to appointments, follow-ups, and program support.

Fees and Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opt-Out and Help

Users can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP.

Privacy

Phone numbers are not shared with third parties. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
